Tool Making, Rapid Prototyping, Computer-Aided Design and Machining
We build our tooling in-house, controlling every aspect of the tool-making process.
- Our dies are made by experts in both machining and plastic extrusion.
- Our 4-axis wire EDM and 3-axis CNC machining centers put us on the cutting edge of tooling and prototyping.
- We are experienced with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Machining (CAM). Our engineering department can generate sketches or CAD files from your existing drawing or concept using the latest versions of BobCad® and Solidworks®.
- We build rapid prototypes to give you a working model reflecting the look, feel, and performance of your part. Machined prototypes and rapid prototyping molds can be designed and built in a matter of days.
