Prototyping
AEP have a full compliment
of CAD/CAM services with rapid prototyping available on
site. If you require drawings or CAD files, our
engineering department can generate these using your CAD
data or completely from concept. With 4-axis wire
EDM and CNC machining, AIM/AEP are on the cutting edge of tool
and prototype construction. CAD files are accepted via
internet or floppy disk.
Timing is everything in life, and
tooling is no exception. AEP will keep you completely up
to date on your mold or extrusion die status weekly, or even
daily, as you require. AEP/AIM will build the tooling
"right the first time," and we will recommend appropriate
materials for the job. AEP/AIM can also manage large capital
investment projects with outside tooling companies, if
