Custom profile plastic extrusions extruded to precision tight
tolerance. American Extruded Plastics can extrude
both co and tri extrusion profiles from most
thermoplastics.
Custom pipe or tube plastic extrusions from .020" OD to 10"OD
using both single screw and twin screw extruders. American
Extruded Plastics can extrude from paper thin to very heavy
wall thickness.

American Extruded Plastics offers full CNC
plastic fabrication to our extruded and injection molded plastic
parts. Using state of the art multi-tool change machining centers we
offer only the highest quality finished plastic fabricated
parts.
For
many years American Extruded Plastics has been the
leader for custom plastic extrusion of tube, pipe, and profile
shapes. Our equipment ranges from a very small 1" - 24:1 single
screw extruder to a 500 pound per hour twin screw extruder. We are
very comfortable extruding single plastic materials or co extrusion
or tri extrusion of both tubing or profile shaped plastic
parts.
Our
on staff engineers can assist with design problems using both 2D and
full 3D CAD (Solidworks) systems. All of our extrusion tooling is
built to our specification within our company. Our goal is to build
tooling that will last for many years making perfect plastic parts.

With injection molding equipment
ranging from a very small 30 ton to our largest 300 ton injection
molding machine we are making very simple to complex parts daily
using most plastics. In house engineering and design, In house mold
and tool construction, In house fabrication, In house assembly or
full contract manufacturing, we can deliver. We rapid prototype with
your choice of materials using very secretive and proprietary molds
that are low cost yet giving samples for review using the same
plastic material as needed in higher volume production. It is our
